Getting a Bull Terrier used to the Water

Introducing Carolina to the water by letting her play in our pond. She's slowly getting used to it.

Way too cute!! Mine will swim in the ocean at a dog beach if she's playing with other dogs that feeely go in. Otherwise it's like pullling teeth trying to get her in

I just purchased a life jacket for Roxy as well. I believe It's made by KONG. 75$
This really helped her learn how to swim. Before, in the water, she would rise up and then start to sink like the titanic. But now with the life vest, she can tread more easily without sinking and she doesn't panic as much.
Getting her used to the life vest took a little bit of time. Her facial expression seems like she still hates it. Ruby however, didn't mind at all. Their looks say it all!
