Cauliflower nipple??

So my sweet bullterrier, Gigi, has a cauliflower like hanging growth off of one of her nipples??
Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I would like a little warning before I take her to the vet and get any horrible news....

I have never seen this before. It looks like a large skin tag that grew on her nipple. The Vet should be able to remove it.

The same thing happened to one of my female Boxers when she was approx 8 yrs old.

The vet said it was pretty common and removed it.

I wish i could remember what he said that caused it but i can't.

I think it was something to do with her allergies ?
