Dog Park Manners with smaller puppies

Seymour, our 3 and a half month old bully puppy has had three very good stints at the dog park with dogs his size and larger... however he tries to dominate and is the opposite of gentle with smaller puppies who are obviously not as strong. We had to pull him off a baby golden retriever who he was attempting to dominate. Any pointers to better socialize him with smaller dogs/puppies? He really loves the dog park and we'd hate to have to stop going but we are concerned for the other puppies safety.

Sometimes it's best to start the socialization skills with dogs that a friend, relative, or neighbor own. This way you can work with your dog while your friend is aware of your intent. If your Bullie is too dominant or aggressive try keeping him on a muzzle for safety reasons and correcting him when you see initial signs of dominance.
