Is my puppy bored?

Hello, I have a 3 month old mini bull terrier.
As much as I wanna take him out on walks, I can't because he hasn't got all his shots yet. Therefore, were always playing inside... he has a ton of toys to play with, he has bursts of energy then he stops playing and just goes to his crate and lays. I know puppies need lots of sleep but I'm just wondering if he's bored?

I thought the same, mine slept Alot I even posted on here I was worried something was up and was assured it was normal for a pup to have bursts and lots of sleep. 

Believe me they soon get very active and you'll miss these quiet times lol

It is also vital that you socialise your puppy to a variety of different sights, sounds, people and environments.

Do you have access to a puppy play group ?.

At 3 months old your puppy should have received at least the first 2 sets of vaccinations. He may not have received his Rabies shot yet but it would be very little chance of him getting rabies while under your supervision outside. He should be fine to be outside playing and socializing with other dogs.

BulliesofNC, yup! he already got his first 2 sets of shots. He's getting his rabies in a couple weeks. His vet said he can't be on the ground yet...? So I can take him to dog parks and walks outside?

He's only lacking his rabies shot. With this said, if you can avoid him from being bit by a wild animal or dog with rabies you should be safe for him to enjoy the great outdoors.
