Bulking up my bully

Is there a certain age the bull terriers bulk up? My bully is  around six months and has decent muscle tone, but I see bully's that are just stacked. Is there something I could do to assist his muscle growth, or is that something that comes with age? I am already feeding him a high quality, high protein dog food.

Bull Terriers go through a lanky stage from 5 months through 12 months. Once they reach their final height they start filling out. It won't be until around 24 months that you'll see the true development of your Bull Terrier.
