The problem with Sunscreen made for people is that most of them have ingredients like Zinc Oxide which is toxic to dogs. You need to consider the fact that no dogs like having lotions rubbed on their face or nose and their first instinct would be to lick it off with that big tongue of theirs which can easily lick the top of their nose clean. The sunscreens made for canine do not have the chemicals or ingredients which can toxic for dogs or pose harm to them if ingested. My recommendation would be to use a product that you know is safe for your Bull Terrier verse taking a chance of making them sick.
