The way Deuce sets one paw carefully in front of the other in sloooooooooow motiooooooon .... priceless!

Usually they walk around more like bulldozers, but when trancing they become as light and graceful as a fairy...

Could watch her do that forever.

And I love her markings! She's such a cute girl!

I do wonder what makes them do this! My bullie does not trance, but I think it's funny/interesting to see others do it. And Makoa sure is talkative! She needed her camera time.

Makoa is talkative alright and she's been on her worst behavior lately due to her heat cycle. She keeps throwing her butt in the face of ever bullies she is near. She hates wearing her diaper too. I've retired her from breeding so she's probably pretty mad at me because she sure loves her puppies.

Steve, if she hates diapers, I highly recommend to give that dog suit a try I have been reviewing in my blog! Djamila sooooo hated her diapers, too. Now it's a breeze with her wearing that suit during her "hot" days.

I just might have to give that a try. what bothers me the most is that Rocky shadows her literally 24 hours a day. He whines when I let her outside without him and she is just as bad. I'm having to separate those two and when I do she will go bug another male.

A few more days and all this teasing and whining will be over.   [-O<

I can imagine how challenging it must be with several males around.
It's really crazy, if you want to, it's hard to get them impregnated. If you don't want it, it's hard as well to keep them apart.

My pumagirl does the same trance thing in our backyard under a row of trees. At first we thought she was stalking something. I wonder if it has anything to do with the smell of the trees. It's the only place she does it, same as your Deuce.

Our tree is a little smaller than Charlie Brown's... So Stoge doesn't get to trance around it, lucky Duece!

We have a fold out clothes dryer and Frankie likes to trance under the hanging clothes, she'll stand there for a few minutes motionless with a funny look in her eyes.This is the only trancing she does so far.
