First of all, your new baby should have been vaccinated at 6 weeks with a parvo shot, which you got ripped off sincerely and is incredibly dangerous. Now dont take him anywhere beside the vet, and even than in your OWN container and blanket, don't even put him on the table. Have him vaccinated and dewormed RIGHT NOW! Or tomorrow! Do not take him ANYWHERE until he has had at least 3 parvo vaccines, if you have a secure yard that no sick pets have been in, that is OK. Secondly, its not HARD to separate mother from puppies if she was sick of them, so for him to have made you come and get this puppy was complete bull shit I have to tell you, excuse my language. They just didn't want to deal with them anymore. You can give the puppy a bath, but better yet get a warm wash cloth and wipe him down for now. Wash him in a couple weeks. He is going to be very sad without his siblings and he will cry in his crate but try your best to ignore it but take him out two or threw times during the night to potty, either on a pad or outside in a safe yard.
As for food get a puppy dry kibble (im still so angry right now!) and get some goats milk (found in walmart with the canned milk) and mix the kibble in with the goats milk, warm it briefly and bled it really good. He has teeth and can probably chew, but because you god awful poor excuse for a breeder didnt help you with this, you have to do it on your own. Feed that to him 3-4 times a day, while gradually decreasing the amount of blending until he is used to eating solid kibble.
I am truly sorry you had to come on here to ask other people what to do because you purchased a baby from someone who truly does not care, it should not be that way. Feel free to text me at 702-741-7805 with more questions or concerns and next time really look hard at who you buy a puppy from because you should not even have these questions leaving with your puppy. My puppies leave eating solid food and vaccinated, they go home with something of the scent of home and a bag of the food they have been eating. My new puppy owners have my number and I would answer the phone at 2 am to answer any questions they had. This is just terrible!!! Sorry for the drama I just get so bothered by things like this.
Danielle provided you with some good advice. You
will be lucky if this Bullie doesn't have any health issues now and in
the future.
There's too many BYB's out there with no care what
so ever with the dogs they breed. It's all about money. But I'm willing
to bet this puppy wasn't even AKC and was most likely selling puppies
for cheap prices.
Good luck with your dog. Now that he's in your hands and safe you may want to do your breeder a favor and call him and let him know he's an idiot and shouldn't be breeding. I can't imagine what the mother looks like after nursing for 7 weeks to Big hungry Bull Terriers. She must be drained, weak, and completely raw on her belly from puppy nails and teeth. Very sad. Even more sad is the fact she most likely be pregnant in 6 months and having to go through it again.
You should be asking this breeder to pay your Vet bills. You're going to have a pricey bill with the amount of treatment you'll need to get this puppy healthy as he should.
By chance, did you spend some time with BOTH parents of this litter?

It's not well recommended to breed two solid white Bull Terriers together especially from unreputable bloodlines. Often this is how deafness becomes more and more populated. I'm glad to see some colored markings on your puppy.
Danielle's remark was ditto on what I would have said. It's hard not to fall in love with any Bull Terrier puppy because they're all cute. I'd love to see some photos of the puppies.

fontana666 is correct, ticks wont be crawling around. They'll find a spot and latch on.
You mentioned before that you planned on taking him to the Vet for his long overdue vaccinations. Didn't the Vet notice the fleas? Could be that the breeder bathed the puppy killing the fleas but leaving the eggs that recently hatched or you have fleas in your house or yard that you didn't know about.
