Yep, liver Tri's. Looks like you have 2 in the litter from the photo you posted. They would still be registered as Black Tan and White (Code 030). However, when explaining their true color they would be a liver pigmented Tri colored bullie. AKC has no color code for Liver as it is not within the standards.

In order to develop a liver puppy both the sire and dam must carry the liver gene in order to produce one.
Great pictures of your dogs. Thanks for sharing.

Most likely they will. However, if they were to breed the only way they could produce another liver colored puppy would be to breed with another Bull Terrier who also carried the gene.
Many club members and owners who show Bull Terriers frown on Livers or any other Bull Terrier that has some color or quality that's outside the breed standards.
However, like any breed of dog, there will always be people fascinated by the rarity of a dog that's different than the standard. Some will even deliberately breed them as a "Designer" dog. It's kind of like seeing a white Boxer. Obviously Boxers are not supposed to be white but there are plenty of people who would prefer one due to their rarity. However, breeding for this color would only hurt the breed standards and pose possible genetic health disorders. Those that wish to retain the pedigree value of a breed try to maintain the standards by producing puppies which emulate the standards as close to perfect as possible.
