Welcome to the forum. She sure is a pretty tri-color! Looks like you have that floppy ear already taped? How long have you been taping it? That is the preferred manner to get them to stand up. There are some threads here in the forum that speak to that issue. Knox gelatin with her meals to build the cartilege. I'm not the expert. The others much wiser than I will chime in. Welcome again!
i taped then for 1 day the next morning they were both standing perfect she looked lovely but they only stood for a full day and went down again shes 5 months now starting to panic shes heavy set ears il put up the photo with her ears standing sickend they went down
That will happen. However, since they were standing when you took the tape off then you know the process is working. Don't give up. Continue taping until the ears remain up for good after the tape has been removed.

We had one-floppy ear on our pup but by 13 weeks old we finally got it to stand on it's own.
We switched it up a couple times using the tape method in Steve's video, then the Breath-Right strips and finally the tape method (without the gauze) in this pdf--> http://backwoodsbullterriers.com/HowToTapeBullTerrierEars.pdf
