Questions about a bull

Hello,
I’m new on here and and plan on reading and learning from everyone. Recently we had a Bordeaux pass away before Christmas. We want to replace him and decided on a bull. I looked around and decided on a 13 month old. I know he will be provided with a better home than where he is currently. We will be picking him up this week and would like to know what you all think.
I will attach some pics they sent us as he’s not in the same city. Let me know what you think. They’re telling me he’s a standard but after reading more. I may think he’s a mini because he may be a bit small or should he fill out some more. Maybe it’s the picture angles also because the vid they sent he looks stocky.
